Interflow is a specialist in the field of clean air. From designing operating rooms for a (university) hospital or clinic, producing the material in its own factory, to building the OR. But it doesn't stop there. After construction and installation, we validate the room, and take it into maintenance if necessary. The special thing about Interflow is that we are the only one able to deliver a project ready to use. We are a reliable and accessible partner for our customers. The quality we deliver and the knowledge of our specialized staff are our greatest added value. That knowledge is very important and we invest in it continuously.
Our customers are very diverse. They include (large) hospitals, independent private treatment centers, pharmaceuticals and high-end industry. Interflow is growing and continuously developing with renewal and innovations. We have a lot of technical knowledge and specialists in clean air in-house, many colleagues have been with Interflow for a long time. Their development, the great projects and customers but especially the informal family atmosphere are an important reason for them to (continue to) work here.

The mutual cooperation is also special, we help each other, challenge each other and are all willing to go the extra mile, with fun being the priority. Besides work, we also do a lot together, from walking in the lunch break, to ice skating, biking and good food. We always have lunch together with everyone in the office, our Tineke makes the most delicious sandwiches and we end the week with Snack Friday, and our director is just Bart-Jan.

The development department focuses on new market opportunities. Our consultants approach the market proactively and go throughout the Netherlands to sell our leading products. We also take care of the online campaigns and marketing activities around our projects and Interflow as a whole. We make every effort to keep our customers satisfied and to bind them to our organization for the long term. This is reflected in our consultancy work for large new projects and customers, tender management and the calculation of the entire project. The department is an important pivot in current projects but especially in future projects.
The management department is directly involved in the customer's core process of setting up and commissioning cleanrooms and ORs. We validate and measure and we perform maintenance and management at our customers' sites. Our managers work at companies throughout the country, serving a diversity of customers and locations. Involvement is high because colleagues are the first point of contact for the customer for many issues. The work is done with the utmost care, as it has a direct impact on the safety of a patient, for example. The management employees do not finish their work until the customer is completely satisfied.
Construction involves a variety of disciplines from management to engineers. Once a project is 'won', the work at realization starts. Making plans, making drawings (REVIT/CAD), project planning. Ensuring that we deliver what we promise. People with a technical background work here, mostly at HBO level. Mechanical engineering, control and geometry, construction technicians, all specialists with expertise. They are curious people who want to look further than their own work. Our engineers sink their teeth into projects ranging from newly built operating rooms to industry-sized clean rooms for the pharmaceutical industry. You work a lot for unique and socially relevant clients such as hospitals or clinics. Colleagues are the technical conscience of the project.
The colleagues in production work at the location in Wieringerwerf. In the production hall we make parts for the construction of, for example, a (flex)OR. But also the special clean workbenches, laminar air flow cabinets and extraction cabinets. Because the production hall is attached to the office, the engineers can always switch between production and engineering. In this way, true customization can be provided for the various customers throughout the country.
