Interflow's microbiological safety cabinets feature energy-efficient LED lighting and DC fans. This results in a lower heat load, which in turn results in smaller cooling units and an even lower energy load. The laminar air flow units feature a day and night mode, with the night mode reducing energy consumption.
We further reduce energy waste by minimizing air resistances and vortices in microbiological safety cabinets, and keeping air velocities as low as possible. We achieve the low air resistance in part by using laminar air flow units with a smooth finish and by using filters with the largest possible filter surface area. Swirls are prevented by the use of air guide dividers. The strong and durable safety cabinets consist of high-quality materials. The robust high pressure laminate is resistant to impacts and scratches. The interior walls, drip tray (SS 304) and worktop (SS 316) are made of rustproof materials resistant to various chemicals. The units are fully recyclable. Production is based on the Lean methodology with extra attention paid to sustainable choice of materials and prevention of waste and energy consumption.
